Returns & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to request a refund for your travel booking up to 7 days before the scheduled travel date. No explanation is required, but we recommend informing us as early as possible to maximize your refund amount. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
Your cancellation request is submitted no less than 7 days before the scheduled travel start date.
The travel package was booked through our official website.
Refund Amount:
Your refund amount will depend on the cancellation policies of our hotel and transportation partners. We will refund between 60% to 100% of your total payment based on the actual reservation status on the day your cancellation request is received.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds cannot be provided for:
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the scheduled travel date.
Customized or personalized travel services that cannot be rebooked.
Services that have already commenced or been fully delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any services that do not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.
