How do I book a trip with you?

You can book one of our recommended routes directly through the "Tours & Routes" page. If you have your own travel ideas in mind, feel free to reach out via the Contact Us form, email, or phone (Mandarin). We'd love to discuss your plans with you and provide a personalized quote.

Find answers to common questions about traveling to Xinjiang

How far in advance should I book?

We highly recommend booking your trip at least one month in advance. This allows us to make all the necessary preparations to ensure everything is ready for your arrival in Xinjiang. If you're considering a custom itinerary, don't hesitate to reach out — and no need to feel shy! Even if you're just looking for some travel inspiration, we're more than happy to share our best route suggestions with you.

Can I cancel or reschedule my trip after booking?

When you book a tour and complete the payment, your funds are held securely by our trusted payment provider. The payment is only released to us after you arrive in Xinjiang and officially meet with our team.
You may request a refund up to 168 hours (7 days) before the scheduled start of your trip. Depending on the policies of our local partners, you'll receive a refund ranging from 60% to 100% of your original payment.

Are your vehicles safe and comfortable for long trips?

We use professional-grade Toyota Land Cruisers & Toyota Prado — perfect for both highways and mountain roads. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

What should I pack for my trip?

We’ll send you a packing list based on the season and your route. But generally — bring sunscreen, comfy shoes, a jacket for cool nights, and of course, your camera!

Can I customize my itinerary?

We offer fully personalized travel planning, tailored just for you. This means we'll need to connect with you before finalizing your booking to understand your preferences in detail — including your ideal travel route, preferred vehicle type, dietary needs, and any other special requests you may have. Our team typically takes around five working days to craft your first draft itinerary. Once it's ready, we'll share the full plan with you and go over every detail together to finalize your perfect Xinjiang journey.

All of our drivers are local residents who know Xinjiang like the back of their hand — from its breathtaking landscapes to its rich cultural traditions. Traveling with them means experiencing the region through the eyes of someone who truly belongs here. You'll get an authentic and immersive journey, far beyond the typical tourist route. When you make a booking and complete your payment, your funds are held securely in escrow by the payment provider — they are not released to us until your trip officially begins.
